Lead Product DesignerSIGA Emergência
SIGA Emergência supports emergency departments and hospital operations at Hapvida, one of Brazil's largest healthcare providers. The work meant redesigning high-complexity clinical workflows, integrating multiple systems, and keeping the interface fast and trustworthy for professionals working under time pressure.
UX/UI DesignerCustomer Service Platform
This project modernized Carrefour's customer support ecosystem by migrating operations to Salesforce Service Cloud, redesigning the workflows that service teams rely on for high-volume operations.
UX/UI DesignerDrug Interaction Platform
Interage is a healthcare platform focused on drug interaction analysis. The work centered on improving information architecture, search, and usability, so complex pharmaceutical information is easier to parse in the middle of a clinical decision.
Product DesignerReporting Hub
Reporting Hub aggregates analytics and usage reporting across Elsevier's clinical products, including ClinicalKey AI, into a single view for the people who have to answer for adoption and outcomes.
